Working at eLeDia
As one of the leading full-service eLearning providers, we have been developing individual solutions for companies, educational establishments and public institutions for over 20 years. We do not rely on standard solutions, but develop customized concepts that are tailored to the individual requirements of our customers.
Our services range from consulting, technical implementation and platform operation to course development, training and ongoing support.
We are currently around 50 colleagues with very different professional backgrounds. What unites us: We work in small, well-coordinated teams and are coordinated by a central project management team.
Home office is our everyday life
Most of us work remotely - flexibly and from anywhere. Our office in Berlin-Wilmersdorf is more of a meeting place than a mandatory location: ideal for personal meetings, workshops or simply a quiet place to work. So you don't have to live in Berlin to work in our team.
Flexible working models
We have no rigid guidelines - we coordinate working hours as a team. Whether 20 or 40 hours a week: we will find a model that suits your life. Of course, we provide you with technology for your home office. And overtime? We keep it to a minimum.
Good German language skills are important
As we mainly work with German-speaking clients, you should have a C1/C2 level of German or be a native speaker - so that you can communicate confidently and professionally.
Welcome to the team
We are always on the lookout for people who are familiar with Moodle, want to shape digital education and understand IT.
Working with meaning
More than 3 million people learn on the Moodle installations operated by eLeDia: In schools, universities, organizations, companies and associations. This creates real added value and meaning!
Dialog is our DNA
We create new ideas, innovative products and real change through open exchange with colleagues and customers - together we are shaping the future of digital learning.
