Our managers

Johannes describes himself as a digital learning enthusiast. He brings more than 15 years of practical experience in the field of learning and teaching and advises you on the successful implementation of digital education.

Claudia has been shaping the world of eLearning for 15 years - from smart interfaces to complex IT strategies. First an IT architect, now a consultant with vision, she is a technology professional with a heart for digital education.

Diana has been working at eLeDia since 2020 and heads up the Customer Care Team. Diana is a landscape ecologist by training and can share all kinds of knowledge about natural gardening and our bird life. Diana also likes to get involved in sales processes when things get complicated and is the first point of contact for potential new partnerships.

Anja has managed exciting projects in the French higher education sector relating to Moodle, MOOCs, and Mahara. Today, the educational scientist is our Associate Head of Customer Success, where content is transformed into great e-learning courses with the right concepts and software expertise.

Christopher has been developing powerful e-learning solutions for years—from code to strategy. As Head of Solutions, he brings together technological depth, a focus on security, and vision to sustainably develop Moodle landscapes.

Serhat joined eLeDia in 2021 and brings with him many years of experience in web hosting. Starting out as a system engineer, he is now Associate Head of Operations and pursues the goal of automating processes and modernizing the infrastructure.

Markus contributes his expertise to the improvement of technical processes and automation solutions. As Head of Operations at eLeDia, he continues this work in the interdisciplinary field between hosting and development.

Your contact persons

Lucas has been with eLeDia since his studies and is currently writing his dissertation. He uses his extensive experience of the processes and requirements of eLearning in the office, in individual projects and at the interfaces between consulting and support.

Ana brings over 15 years of experience and skillfully combines design with marketing know-how. She has been passionate about Moodle since 2024 and brings fresh ideas to our marketing and social media.

Sarah has been part of our administration team since 2024. With her experience in the hotel industry, she is service-oriented, has a talent for organization and is always in a good mood. Instead of checking in guests, she now checks in processes and supports our colleagues with a great deal of commitment and an eye for detail.

Nicole has been working at eLeDia since 2023 and advises customers on Moodle LMS inquiries.
She is the first point of contact for all topics related to Moodle Workplace and AI in Moodle. In her previous long-term employment, she worked in B2B sales and also in training.

As a trainer for Moodle LMS & Moodle Workplace , Tessa combines sound pedagogical know-how (M.Ed.) with several years of expertise in technical Moodle administration and training. Her focus is on interactive learning methods, efficient course structures and secure administration. Through practical training, she teaches methods for using Moodle LMS and Moodle Workplace in an interactive and goal-oriented way - for teachers, companies and educational institutions.

Franciska has been part of the team since the beginning of 2025. With a background in educational science, she takes on a variety of administrative tasks and supports our internal processes.

Petra discovered Moodle in 2006 and was immediately hooked. She used Moodle to implement projects for her event agency and has gained a wealth of experience as a learner over the years. Petra has been enriching our team with her organizational skills since 2010, first in office management before moving to customer care in 2024.

Andrea discovered her passion for Moodle in 2020 and deepened her knowledge of its use and administration through self-study. She has been with eLeDia since 2023 as a trainer and support specialist with a focus on Moodle Workplace. She also holds an AEVO training certificate and has project management skills in accordance with GPM and PRINCE2.

Marisa brings her passion for languages and intercultural communication as well as seven years of international experience in account and partner management. At eLeDia, she drives eLearning forward - convinced that education is the key to development in a changing world.

Sabine is a structured, innovation-driven leader with extensive technical expertise who implements Moodle projects with clarity. As an agile thought leader, experienced project manager and systemic problem solver, she empowers teams to create sustainable learning solutions.

Monika brings particular expertise in veterinary topics and has been active in digital teaching since 2016. She has been developing practical online courses at eLeDia since 2021. Her aim is to combine specialist knowledge with modern didactics for sustainable learning success.

Oliver's professional heart beats for learner-centered training design with all its facets: methodology, didactics, implementation, technology and AI, innovation, strategy and evaluation.

In 2016, Hendrik discovered Moodle on the West African coast - and stayed loyal to it. From eLearning projects in Benin, his path led him to the eLeDia content team. There he combines didactic know-how with versatility and creativity in the conception, production and design of digital learning content.

With his many years of IT experience and his work as a lecturer and teacher in various educational institutions, Thomas Romig is the perfect link between technology and didactics. Thanks to his philosophical studies, he is able to embed technical issues in social realities and is a point of contact for our customers and employees for all questions relating to education in a digitalized world, with and without artificial intelligence.

Since 2024, Jacqueline has been a dedicated member of the Customer Care Team, advising customers on all aspects of Moodle. Her enthusiasm for digital learning and previous experience in e-learning marketing shape her individual customer service approach.

Armin has been part of eLeDia since 2025 and advises our customers on all aspects of Moodle. He previously ran an AI-powered sales solutions company and has extensive experience in SaaS implementations. Armin combines technical knowledge with practical experience - for advice that really helps.

Laura has been working at eLeDia since the beginning of 2025 and has experience in adult education, digitalization and agile project management. With an eye for future-oriented education, she manages her projects and enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders.

Koray Zorluoglu is a PHP developer and DevOps engineer with a focus on automation, cloud and hybrid infrastructure. He implements complex web and eLearning platforms, optimizes deployment pipelines and ensures stable, scalable system landscapes.

Benjamin started as a developer at eLeDia and is now the IT development team leader for Moodle. Together with his team, he realizes innovative solutions that extend Moodle.

Dani brings over 20 years of experience in purchasing to the table and has been working in project management at eLeDia since 2021. She appreciates the diversity of our customers, the cross-team collaboration with colleagues, and the varied projects in the e-learning sector.
