How does the Course Author work?

The course author guides participants through five steps in the chat:

  1. Scope (Target Audience, Level, Extent)
  2. Learning Objectives
  3. Evidence,
  4. Learning Path
  5. Source (open-ended topic, uploaded document, or a selection from the curriculum)

Initially, this results only in an outline and a table showing which learning objective the plan addresses and demonstrates. Only after the teacher approves the structure are the contents generated and the course created—with text pages, books, assignments, forums, and, if desired, tests and H5P. The course author makes suggestions; the teacher makes the final decision. This is deliberately not a “course at the push of a button.”

The Course Author at a Glance

  • Can be controlled via chat with the eLeDia.ai|Tutor
  • Courses can be created based on existing material or a “didactic assignment, empty course.”
  • In the chat, the author provides guidance on 5 steps for creating a course outline
  • The course will not be created until the instructor confirms the course structure.
  • Not a course created at the push of a button, but one created through the teacher's deliberate decisions
