Strong interest in eLeDia365 and AI everywhere: our highlights at Zukunft Personal 2026 in Hamburg

Focus on AI

In line with this year’s trade show theme, “Human x AI,” topics related to artificial intelligence took center stage at Zukunft Personal. Discussions about the opportunities, possibilities, and limitations of AI were taking place everywhere. Numerous exhibitors, speakers, and trade visitors discussed practical solutions and new business models. A common thread was the question of how AI can be used sensibly and responsibly to relieve employees and create new opportunities for their development. And even in the context of the much-discussed shortage of skilled workers, AI is being used as a recruiting tool and for training.

In this context, we found the discussions about AI applications particularly interesting—those that make teaching and learning easier, more personalized, and allow for the measurement of learning outcomes. This was a perfect fit for us. Since Moodle 4.5, a complete AI subsystem has been built into the Moodle core—not a plugin, not an add-on, but part of the standard installation. Four specific functions are available: generate text, generate images, summarize content, and explain content. Link to the blog post:

Looking for an e-learning platform

We were particularly pleased by the great interest in our new e-learning marketplace

eLeDia365.

Many companies need to source digital learning content tailored to their specific needs for their learning management systems and employee development. We also had interesting discussions with independent trainers and coaches who would like to market their specialized content without having to deal with significant technical challenges.

Conclusion

The Zukunft Personal trade show was an interesting experience for us. The demands brought about by AI developments, as well as the constant changes in the economy and society as a whole, present challenges for companies. It was therefore no surprise that the topic of mental health was also a major focus. Thanks to a wonderful massage chair, we were able to do a lot for our mental well-being and returned to Berlin with many new contacts and insights.

P.S.: The next chance to chat with us will be at LEARNTEC 2026: we’ll be in Hall 1 at Booth E3 from May 5–7, 2026.
